Past Presidents

The Rotary Club of Forest Lake was chartered on the 30 Oct 1996, an the Club has a proud history of helping those in need, providing education to he younger members of the community and assisting government and local councils in supporting local and international incentives and programs. 

 

Leadership is a vital role, and it involves defining the direction of a team and communicating it to people, motivating, inspiring, and empowering them to contribute to achieving organisational success. Leadership requires being strategically focused and applying behavioral techniques to build commitment and attain the best from individuals and from teams.
